Terms of Sale

Payment

Payment will be accepted online by credit card or by cheque posted through normal mail. When paying by cheque the order will not be processed until the payment is confirmed. The total price has 15% GST added. All other prices are GST exclusive. All prices are in New Zealand currency and are subject to change.

Proofs

Proofs of all designs will be forwarded to you by email. Printing will not begin until you have authorised the proof as correct. Once a proof has been authorised we are not able to provide any refund due to incorrect details on the proof.

Delivery

Delivery is normally within 7 - 14 working days from placing your order (depending on the products ordered). If your order is urgent please contact us for a closer estimate of delivery time. We deliver through the NZ Post and Courier Post networks.

Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your product arrives incomplete or incorrect due to our own error we will offer a full refund of your money, partial refund (in context with the error) or a reprint to fix the error. Refunds or replacements can not be given due to your own change of mind after making an order. Please contact us in the first instance should you have any problems with your order so we can discuss the most appropriate solution.
